We booked our new house blinds from smart blind for our home blinds and curtain at regency park. From start to finish very good and explained the various blinds material and design which available They made very sensible suggestions but left the final decision to us pricing is very competitive and complete the blinds at promised Although there is a long wait for the new blockout blinds , but it is wroth for the final result . Highly smart blinds latest updated 2026 We have our blockout blinds fixed under warranty in 2024 november after half year install due to motor problem , wire come loose and clicking noise when it running up and down . this room is a storage room which not use muuch since last fix . Today we have try to put the blinds up ready for family member coming from oversea. The blinds have loose it connection , Due to the wire lossing from the motor it wont work again . i have reattached the cable it works for a few time , and it come loose again . I would say this is a design/factory problem. The click noise during up and down still there but i can live with it TBH. but i am not happy for a auto blind need to be manually plug the wire to make it work. called reception , they says they need to charger a service fees for this as it is over 12 months ,which i am not too happy about this . wire should not come loose on its own? If this product is faulty , customer should not be paying for the fix? over past year this blinds not been operating more than 10 times, if you are daily user for block out blinds , i wont recommened this product . They have came in last week and confirmed the wire is a bit too short and replaced for free and waved the charges ,hopefully everything will goes right :) Thank you Again

Its a big expanse, has a pool with downpipes and other annoying protrusions. None of them  said it could be done. None!  Danielle from Smart Blinds came out and within 10 minutes had solutions to all of the issues and  found innovative ways to make it all happen. I guess I know why they're called SMART blinds! 5 stars isn't enough because the check measure guy and installer Tony was excellent too. We had 4 very large motorised TruScreen blinds installed. Oh wait...the best bit....they were cheaper too as we purchased when they had a deal on. I definitely recommend Danielle and Tony and Smart Blinds.

Smart Blinds did an amazing job for us. Ziggy took us through the options and gave us the best advice for a seamless, professional look. We decided on the Truscreen outdoor blinds. The installer (I forget his name) came out to double check measurements and recommended a slight variation and we’re so glad we did it. We had our 4 blinds installed early September and have used the product since -without any technical issues. From the initial enquiry, to the sale quote, right up to installation, our experience has been very positive. The installation team worked tiredlessly, did a  very quality job and the back of house support team were also fantastic, gladly answering all our questions and showing genuine customer care. Our 4 external motorised blinds receive a lot of positive comments from family and friends. Excellent quality and money well spent. Outdoor Blind Had Payten from The Smart Blind Co. come out for a quote for 1 outdoor blind. The response for quote was very quick and  Payten was very helpful and guide us as to what would best suit our area. Few weeks later had a final measure and then a week later the blind was installed.
