Repair/Service call-out fee
If you request a repair or service inspection more than 12 months after the original installation date, a $250 (inc. GST) inspection fee applies. This must be paid prior to scheduling your inspection.
We offer expert repair services for all products supplied and installed by The Smart Blinds Co, including:
Curtains (including tracks and heading systems)
Indoor blinds (roller, venetian, vertical, and more)
Outdoor blinds (Ziptrak, Zipscreen, eZIP, Truscreen & TSBC branded products)
Roller shutters (manual and motorised)
Window awnings
