Announcement: The Smart Blinds Co Working Remotely
As every nation and every individual adapts to the new-norm, COVID-19 has indeed impacted most businesses significantly on the way forward in doing business.
What COVID-19 has done is very clearly pointed examples of great employers AND great employees as well as redefined where there is a great fit and where it is otherwise.
As we, at The Smart Blinds Co, constantly strive to be agile and adept in providing the best-quality products and services on top of our competitive pricing, we are also geared-up for some positive changes. The safety of our employees, community, and customers are our primary concern. There are a number of measures we’re taking to ensure we manage to safely get through this situation while continuing to serve our community and customers effectively.
Instead of the rotation arrangement with skeletal support, we have now established a framework to operate remotely, which has proven to be more effective (and in most times even better!). This would mean that our operations, marketing, sales, finance and human resources teams will now be functioning remotely while our distribution centre located at Holden Hill operates as usual.
For our customers, it will be business as usual except that our showroom consultation will be available by appointments only. This enables us to abide by the social distancing ruling and to be open for our customers at the agreed time. We are committed to bringing you the best-quality products, services and price. We will still be practising contactless measure and quote appointments at the comfort of your premises.
These are challenging times and sometimes frightening, but we are confident that as a Company and community, we can get through this together, and come out on the other side, stronger.
